Programming is customized. Access to various sizes of kettlebells or dumbbells, as well as a barbell setup and access to a TRX suspension trainer, is ideal. But don't let access to equipment hold you back from reaching out; let's talk about what you have and see if we can create a program that works for you.
Safety is number one. Changes can easily be made by accessing me through the Bridge app.
I program on 3-6 week rotations, depending on your goals and training frequency. You will receive a program based on your goals, whether you select a customized package or template package, and we will update with time according to your progress. I ask for an initial 3-month commitment to get into the groove and let the training work its magic.
You will receive regular feedback via the Bridge app. There you can post videos for me to see and watch you train! I can give feedback on form, technique and address areas of strength and opportunities for growth right within the app.
After trying numerous apps, I find this to be the best resource for providing clear exercise instruction to you as the client. Additionally, it stores your workout information in a way that makes it easy to reflect on and reference later. Bridge is used by professional athletes, Division 1 sports teams, and the U.S. Military.
